Power Banner Berserker

Power Berserker is one of the easier builds to pick up. It provides group support in form of CC and Banner of Strength & Banner of Discipline.

Keep in mind you will often be picked to do mechanics, as your DPS will be lower than dedicated DPS players. Another factor in sending you to do mechanics is your access to CC.

Build Fundamentals

The goal of your rotation is to use Decapitate during Berserk as many times as possible. To generate enough Adrenaline for the next Decapitate you need to hit your target 3 times. To achieve this you can use a following combinations:

• Cyclone Axe  Throw Axe
• Cyclone Axe  Chop
• Dual Strike  Throw Axe
• Dual Strike  Chop
• Chop  Double Chop

Important Notes

The cooldown on all your Banner skills is reduced by 60 seconds when you pick them up. This allows you to have permanent uptime on Banner of Strength and Banner of Discipline. Replace banners during downtime in encounters if possible or when not in Berserk.

Having 100% critical chance is extremely important for this build as critical strikes with Axes generate 3 Adrenaline due to Axe Mastery and non-critical strikes generate only 1 Adrenaline.

Flank enemies to benefit from Superior Rune of the Thief.

CC (Crowd Control)

• Pommel Bash
• Skull Grinder
• Tremor
• Head Butt

Alternatives

Utility Skills

• Wild Blow replaces Signet of Might if more CC is needed
• Head Butt to Battle Standard if your squad need Fury or fast ranged revives.

Weapons

• Shield offhand instead of Mace if you notice Tremor not being off-CD during CC phases.
