Introduction

This Celestial Booster Tempest is a great beginner-friendly offensive setup made for open-world. The equipment above is designed to be played with the Exotic gear obtained by the Level 80 Boost, with some modifications to runes and sigils. To gear this build without the Level 80 Boost, use crafting or purchase items directly from the trading post.

Build Fundamentals

The purpose of this build is to support allies with excellent healing, , , , , and as well as provide very strong condition cleanse.

This build functions well as a burst healer. is a strong heal and condition cleanse. Other options for healing include , and .

Support starts with the use of . Finish your overloads in , , and while using your warhorn skills off cooldown. While in it’s important to use which will spread all the boons on you to nearby allies. Furthermore, swapping to , and using will extend these boons even further.

 gives you and is your stun break as well as allows you to share !

Overloading increases the recharge of the attunement when swapping to a different attunement. It is very important to finish your overloads since it’s the only way we can share .
