Introduction

Condition Alacrity Tempest is a versatile offensive support build that provides permanent , 25 , and , as well as boon extension for other boons thanks to Sand Squall.

Multiple traits and utility skills can be modified to suit the specific requirements of different encounters.

Build Fundamentals

Use Overload Fire and Overload Earth off-cooldown to apply via Lucid Singularity, and fill downtime with damaging and boon-providing skills. Always channel Overloads until the end to grant powerful element-specific effects and additional .

Swap attunements promptly in this order: Fire Attunement Air Attunement Earth Attunement. Late Overloads result in lost uptime.

Build Specifics

Heat Sync spreads boons to allies, and Sand Squall extends the duration of boons on allies so make sure to cast both as soon as possible.

• Delay Heat Sync after Overload Fire to share with allies that are too far away to get from Overload Fire.

Use Glyph of Storms and Glyph of Lesser Elementals while on Fire Attunement.

Use Signet of Fire and Flame Barrage off cooldown

While not part of the rotation, Water Attunement contains powerful healing in the form of Overload Water, blasting Water Globe with Frozen Burst, and Cone of Cold (which can also provide CC).

Swapping attunements will not cancel skills, you can swap to Air Attunement after the last Drake's Breath without waiting for it to fully channel.

Glyph of Lesser Elementals and Glyph of Elementals can be precast during downtime.

Gale Song can be replaced with Latent Stamina for some extra endurance and vigor when swapping to Water Attunement.
