Power Alacrity Mechanist is currently the game’s strongest and most versatile Power Alacrity Build. It provides permanent Alacrity and 25 stacks of Might paired with any Quickness Build.

Build Fundamentals

Except for Mech skill usage Power Alacrity Mechanist plays the same as Power Mechanist

Alacrity is purely generated by your mech. This means that you have to make sure that your mech is always at least within 600 range of your party and at least within 360 range when you use Barrier Burst. While this will happen naturally in most encounters keep an eye on your mech especially on bosses with very large hitboxes like Conjured Amalgamate.

Might generated by your mech attacking enemies, Barrier Burst and Blunderbuss.

This sounds more complicated than it actually is as all you need to do is press Crisis Zone and Barrier Burst off cooldown while doing your normal rotation.

In addition to Alacrity Crisis Zone also provides Aegis and Stability. Unfortunately, you can’t delay Crisis Zone by more than a few seconds as it is your main way to provide Alacrity to your party.

Mechanical Genius gives your Mech a percentage of your attributes. It also gives you this icon on your buff bar if you don’t have it there’s a 50% penalty on the stats inherited by your mech making your mech very weak. The Mechanical Genius buff is reapplied every 3 seconds if you are within a 300 radius of your mech and lasts for a total of 6 seconds. So make sure to stay close to your mech whenever possible to reapply the buff.
