Use Function Gyro, Rocket Charge and Throw Mine as often as possible to upkeep Quickness. Make sure to use Rocket Charge and Throw Mine in combo fields – use Elite Mortar Kit to create fields if you need them!

Cast Electro-whirl, Thunderclap, Shredder Gyro, Grenade Barrage, Mine Field, and Spare Capacitor off cooldown without interrupting autoattacks.

After each use of Electro-whirl, you can go into grenade kit and cast Shrapnel Grenade. Freeze Grenade and Poison Grenade are also damage gains if used without delaying other abilities.

Fill in gaps with auto attack chains, make sure to finish the chain; the final attack – Equalizing Blow is very strong!

Power Quickness Scrapper (aka “Qrapper”) is not only a great source of Quickness and DPS, but it provides high utility and CC with skills such as Elite Mortar Kit, Thunderclap, Medic Gyro, and more. In addition, due to the trait Impact Savant, as long as you are doing damage to something you will almost NEVER die!

Scrapper also has great access to Superspeed and applies a large amount of Vulnerability.

Build fundamentals

Power Quickness Scrapper generates quickness for your subgroup by blasting or leaping through combo fields!

Your key combo finishers are Rocket Charge, Throw Mine and Function Gyro! Function Gyro creates and blasts its own combo field but for your other key abilities make sure to use them in a combo field or you won’t generate any quickness! Fortunately, there will usually be a large spam of combo fields during a squad encounter so this usually won’t be an issue, however if you do need to generate your own field this is where Elite Mortar Kit comes into play!

Elite Mortar Kit has four skills that produce a combo field which can not only be used to generate Quickness but also for their own utility:

Poison Gas Shell Poison field
Elixir Shell Water field, and a solid pulsing area heal.
Endothermic Shell Ice field, pulsing area Chilled useful for slowing enemies.
Flash Shell Light field, pulsing area Blinded very powerful for shutting down groups of enemies.

While using your Superspeed generating skills in a fight, you also want to be doing as much damage as possible because you deal additional damage thanks to Object in Motion. On hammer, your main damaging combo is Thunderclap then Electro-whirl and Shredder Gyro. Make sure you are standing within your lightning field while using the other two skills to combo finish inside it for extra Vulnerability.

As per usual, you’ll want to finish your Auto-attack chain between other skills.

When you are out of burst options for hammer, you can either fill using your auto-attack chain or swap to Grenade Kit. When using a grenade kit, your priority should be to cast Shrapnel Grenade off CD, follow up with all or a combination of the rest of your kit skills, then swap back to hammer for continuing the Auto-attack chain. Your toolbelt skill for grenade kit, Grenade Barrage, should be used off-cooldown as well for more damage.
