Power Quickness Herald

Introduction

Power Quickness Herald is an offensive support build that provides a group with Might, Fury, Quickness, Protection, and Swiftness. The wide range of essential boons provided makes this build excellent for filling gaps in groups.

A simple rotation and excellent defensive abilities make Power Quickness Herald a good introductory choice for new players. This build also offers strong Crowd Control via Surge of the Mists and the option to provide Stability by using Legendary Dwarf Stance instead of Legendary Assassin Stance.

Build Fundamentals

While in Legendary Dragon Stance, activate Facet of Chaos and Facet of Darkness to pulse Quickness. While in Legendary Assassin Stance keep Impossible Odds active for damage and Quickness.

Herald applies Quickness via Elevated Compassion whenever you channel an ability that drains 6 or more energy per second (upkeep). Whenever your energy is being drained, you pulse Quickness around you.

Build Specifics

Power Quickness Herald provides many boons with Legendary Dragon Stance and can extend all boons on allies with True Nature.

Chaotic Release should be cast around halfway into Legendary Dragon Stance so that it will be off-cooldown for the next loop.

Maintain facets while in Legendary Dragon Stance to generate a substantial amount of Might for you and your subgroup via Shared Empowerment.

Facet of Nature

Facet of Nature provides a powerful effect to yourself and allies depending on your current Legend. Just like other facets, Facet of Nature also has a consume skill called True Nature.

• Legendary Assassin Stance: Grants lifesteal on attacks, adding damage and minor sustain. True Nature does area damage and boon removal.
• Legendary Dwarf Stance: 10% strike damage reduction. Very strong when combined with Protection and damage reduction food. True Nature applies Stability to you and allies in a 600 radius.
• Legendary Dragon Stance: 20% boon duration. This is additive and can go above the 100% cap for a maximum of 120% boon duration. True Nature extends boons on you and allies by 3 seconds.

Alternatives

Sigils

• To optimize damage against a single target, you can swap Superior Sigil of Impact with Superior Sigil of Air. Ensure that no surrounding mobs get hit by your skills to maximize damage.

Legends

If you need Stability, swap out Legendary Assassin Stance for:

• Legendary Dwarf Stance for  Inspiring Reinforcement.
  • Upkeep Vengeful Hammers in Legendary Dwarf Stance for Quickness, damage, and durability while you don’t need to use energy for Stability.

Legendary Centaur Stance has some niche uses:

• Usually, it’s taken for Protective Solace, which conveniently also gives Quickness with Elevated Compassion, but Facet of Nature also pulses a heal every three seconds.
• True Nature used in this stance removes two conditions from you and nearby allies, and heals for each condition removed.

When using these Legends it may be ideal to stay on Legendary Dragon Stance longer than the rotation suggests, and to only swap to Legendary Dwarf Stance or Legendary Centaur Stance once their utility is needed.
