Power Vindicator

Power Vindicator is a bursty power build that excels at encounters with large hitboxes, as Eternity's Requiem scales with hitbox size. The rotation is forgiving and easy to pick up. This build only uses Greatsword, which allows for a Staff Weapon Swap in encounters that require a lot of CC.

Build fundamentals

Alliance Tactics swaps your Legendary Alliance Stance from Archemorus (Red/Orange) to Saint Viktor (Blue). Always stay in Archemorus since Spear of Archemorus and Nomad's Advance are part of your rotation.

Be aware that dodging during the channeling of any skill will cancel it.

Use Dodge regularly to spend your endurance and apply buffs: Dodging grants to you and your allies via Song of Arboreum and upkeeps the strike damage buff from Forerunner of Death 100% of the time.

Imperial Guard is a 2-second channel block to be used if you are out of dodges. After you block some hits, use True Strike to unleash a strong Counter-attack.

Energy Meld restores half a Dodge. It is usually more efficient to block an attack with Imperial Guard than using Energy Meld if you are out of endurance.

You can swap legends during the channeling of Eternity's Requiem. However, if you swap too early, you will consume the energy gained in Shiro (Legendary Assassin Stance), which will lower DPS due to the lost uptime of Impossible Odds.

Activate Impossible Odds as soon you swap to Shiro (Legendary Assassin Stance). This will maximize the number of follow-up strikes gained.

Rotation Tips

Eternity's Requiem is your strongest skill: Use it off-cooldown.

The main idea of the rotation is to fill the downtime between Mist Unleashed cooldowns as efficiently as possible when your Eternity's Requiem is not off-cooldown. There are two main ways to do this:

• 1 Auto-attack chain + Dodge. Keep in mind that dodging will reset your Auto-attack chain.
• 1 Auto-attack chain + 1 Mist Swing + Phantom's Onslaught

Superior Sigil of Impact can be replaced with Superior Sigil of Air. Superior Sigil of Impact pulls ahead compared to Superior Sigil of Air in Strikes, Keep Construct, Fractals, and any Encounter with adds.
